In the past few days, Bayern Munich have agreed to personal terms with Harry Kane & made a first bid of €70MM plus add ons, which was immediately rejected by Spurs owner Daniel Levy. He has declared that Kane is “not for sale”.
FC Bayern have submitted an official bid for Harry Kane. Fixed fee close to €70m plus add-ons, not enough to convince Tottenham. It was rejected 🚨⚪️🔴 #FCBayern
Official proposal was sent today, as first called by @David_Ornstein.
Spurs won’t accept that kind of fee for Kane.

Daniel Levy is back in the same position he was 2 years ago, except that this could be the last time he is faced with this question about his starman, Harry Kane— Cash in or keep? 🤔
